Poster Presentation Guidelines

1. Poster Schedule

The detailed poster presentation schedule, including session allocation, poster mounting time, presentation time, and removal time, will be announced closer to the conference date.

Please check the conference website regularly for updates.

2. Poster Board Size

Each poster board will accommodate a printed poster not larger than A0 size.

  • Required orientation: VERTICAL (Portrait)

  • Please ensure your poster fits within the allocated board space.

Mounting materials (e.g., adhesive tape or Blue-Tac) will be provided at the registration/secretariat desk.

3. Poster Mounting and Removal

Presenters will be informed of the designated poster mounting and removal times in the final schedule.

Posters must be removed promptly at the assigned time. The organizing committee is not responsible for posters left behind after the removal deadline.

4. Presenter Attendance

First authors, or a designated co-author, are expected to attend in person to present and display a printed poster during their assigned poster session.

Presenters must be present at their poster during the designated discussion period to engage with attendees and answer questions.

5. Poster Content and Formatting Guidelines

To ensure clarity and readability, please consider the following recommendations:

  • Write your presentation concisely and keep captions brief.

  • The poster should be largely self-explanatory, allowing you to elaborate during discussions.

  • Place the title in large-sized font at the top of the poster.

  • Include the full title and names of all authors.

  • All content should be readable from a distance of at least 1 meter (approximately 3 feet).

  • Use a minimum font size of 22 pt (approximately 3/8 inch high).

  • Use bold fonts where appropriate to enhance legibility.

  • Use dark text (preferably black) on a light background (preferably white).

  • Clearly guide viewers through the poster using headings, arrows, numbering, or flow indicators.

  • Figures, charts, and illustrations should be clear and of presentation quality.

6. Contact Information

Please clearly display at least one email address on your poster for attendees who may wish to contact you after the session. If preferred, you may provide the email address of a corresponding author or appropriate contact person.
