Poster Presentation Guidelines

For FAOBMB 2026, the organizing committee will centrally print all accepted posters as pull-up banners for the exhibition hall.

1. Poster Schedule 

Date: August 12, 2026 (Wednesday)

Time: 12:10 pm - 2:00pm

Venue: TBA (Please check the conference website regularly for updates)

2. Poster Specifications:

• Size: A1 size (594 x 841 mm), Portrait orientation.

• Format: High-resolution (300 PPI/DPI) PDF only.

• Poster Number: Please clearly include your assigned Poster ID (e.g., P-145) in the top right corner of your design. You can find your assigned number in the email sent to you or by checking here.

• Submission: Please upload your final PDF file to our official collection folder: FAOBMB2026 Poster upload

• File Naming: Name your file using your poster number and last name (e.g., P-145_Smith.pdf).

• Deadline: Please submit your file no later than 24 July 2026 to ensure we have enough time for printing.

3. Presenter Attendance 

First authors, or a designated co-author, are expected to attend in person to present the printed poster, engage with attendees, and answer questions during the poster session. 

4. Poster Content and Formatting Guidelines 

To ensure clarity and readability, please consider the following recommendations: 

• Place the title in large-sized font at the top of the poster. 

• Include the full title and names of all authors. 

• All content should be readable from a distance of at least 1 meter (approximately 3 feet). 

• Use dark text (preferably black) on a light background (preferably white) for optimal contrast. 

• Ensure all figures, charts, and illustrations are clear and of presentation quality.
