Poster Presentation Guidelines 1. Poster Schedule The detailed poster presentation schedule, including session allocation, poster mounting time, presentation time, and removal time, will be announced closer to the conference date. Please check the conference website regularly for updates. 2. Poster Board Size Each poster board will accommodate a printed poster not larger than A0 size.
Mounting materials (e.g., adhesive tape or Blue-Tac) will be provided at the registration/secretariat desk. 3. Poster Mounting and Removal Presenters will be informed of the designated poster mounting and removal times in the final schedule. Posters must be removed promptly at the assigned time. The organizing committee is not responsible for posters left behind after the removal deadline. 4. Presenter Attendance First authors, or a designated co-author, are expected to attend in person to present and display a printed poster during their assigned poster session. Presenters must be present at their poster during the designated discussion period to engage with attendees and answer questions. 5.
