• Banquet Dinner: A Banquet Dinner will be held during the conference, and tickets are available at HK$600/US$80/RMB550 each. Participants are required to select the appropriate registration package (with or without the Banquet) and complete payment accordingly.

• FAOBMB Executive Committee Members, Council Members, Session Chairs, and Invited Speakers are exempt from the registration fee.

• Twenty travel fellowships, in the form of registration fee waivers, will be offered to trainees from outside Hong Kong, based on the merits of their CV, submitted abstract, and financial need.

• Applicants should submit their abstract and relevant supporting information through the Abstract Submission System by April 30. 

• In addition, applicants are required to send their application materials to Mr. Brendon Ng at bnnwl@hku.hk by the same deadline.

• Applicants will be notified of the outcome of their registration fee waiver application by May 8.

• A deep discount will be offered to group registration of >20 for early birds. Regular registration fee will be HK$ 2500 (US$ 325 or RMB 2300). Trainees will register at HK$ 1500 (US$ 200 or RMB 1400).

• Each concurrent section will select at least two abstracts for oral presentation (could be short talk or flash talk). The presenter has to register before the invitation for oral presentation is issued.

• The free admission (Banquet Dinner included) of ‘HKSBMB Life Member’ applies to members who have paid the Life membership fee (HK$700) before the start of FAOBMB meeting 2026.
