2. The abstract must not exceed 250 words, excluding references o r acknowledgements. The abstract title should be within 20 words, an d references should be limited to 5.
4. Please carefully proofread your abstract for formatting, spelling, an d data errors. Revisions are allowed before the submission deadline but not afterward.
6. All notifications regarding the abstract status, including the detailed schedule for poster numbers an d presentation times, will be provided via pop-ups on our homepage an d will also be emailed to the presenting authors at the beginning of May 2025.
7. The presenting author is expected to attend the Conference a nd present their abstract. Presenting authors of abstracts must be registered participants. If the presenting author does not register (either through pre-registration o r on-site registration), the abstract may be automatically withdrawn from the PDF version of the abstract.
8. If you wish to withdraw your abstract, the request must include the abstract title and an explanation for the withdrawal after the deadline (Poster participants only).
9. There is no limit to the number of abstracts an author may submit.

Submission Guidelines Authors are invited to submit abstracts for presentation at FAOBMB 2026 through the Abstract Submission System. Please refer to the following guidelines for submission.
i. Abstracts must be written in English
ii. The abstract must not exceed 250 words, excluding references or acknowledgements. The abstract title should be within 20 words, and references should be limited to 5.
iii. Abstracts should be categorized under a specific topic within the scientific program. Please select the appropriate category.

iv. Please carefully proofread your abstract for formatting, spelling, and data errors. Revisions are allowed before the submission deadline but not afterward.
v. Once an abstract is successfully submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to the submitter. All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the committee, and notification letters (accept/ reject) will be sent from Mid-April 2026 onwards. Authors can edit or delete their abstracts until the submission deadline.
vi. All notifications regarding the abstract status, including the detailed schedule for poster numbers and presentation times, will be provided on our homepage and will also be emailed to the presenting authors by the end of July 2026.
vii. The presenting author is expected to attend the Conference and present their abstract. Presenting authors of abstracts must be registered participants. If the presenting author does not register (either through pre-registration or on-site registration), the abstract may be automatically withdrawn.
viii. If you wish to withdraw your abstract, the request must include the abstract title and an explanation for the withdrawal after the deadline (Poster participants only).
ix. Each author may only submit ONE abstract. |
