Participants are solely responsible for obtaining the appropriate visa or entry permit to enter the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), if required.

Visa application procedures, processing times, documentation requirements, and approval decisions are governed by the laws and regulations of the HKSAR and may also be subject to the regulations of the applicant’s country of residence or nationality. The Conference Organizing Committee cannot intervene in visa matters, influence processing times, or guarantee approval.

Participants are strongly advised to contact the relevant embassy, consulate, or visa application center directly for the most accurate and up‑to‑date information regarding visa requirements and application procedures.
